Forza's Terms & Conditions — Know it, understand it, follow it

By accessing or using the Forza (forza.onl) platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all Forza services — including Sports Betting, lottery, casino games, and any other online activity on the platform.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using Forza's services. Failure to comply with these terms may result in your account being suspended or terminated at any time.

Forza reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account and use Forza's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — this is the most critical requirement.
• Must be a legal citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Forza may request a national ID, passport, or other documents at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account. Sharing or transferring your account to another person is not permitted.

The following rules apply at all times when betting on Forza. They cover Sports Betting, Live Betting, accumulators, and all other bet types:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• Bets placed before a match begins will be treated as pre-match bets.
• Forza reserves the right to void any bets placed late in Live Betting due to server lag or network issues.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20 and the maximum varies by sport and market.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly, Forza reserves the right to void the affected bets.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled time, bets will be settled in accordance with Forza's policy. Abandoned matches are generally treated as void and stakes are returned.

Forza currently accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and local bank transfer. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly.
• Mobile Pay/Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

For the purpose of preventing money laundering, Forza may require additional verification for withdrawals above a certain amount. Large withdrawal requests may take 48 to 72 hours to process.

Forza offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty points from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Every bonus has a set expiry — generally it must be used within 7 to 30 days.
• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Loyalty points can be redeemed for betting credits or special offers.
• Using fraudulent methods to meet bonus requirements may result in the bonus being voided and the account being closed.

Forza reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel its bonus programme at any time. Visit the promotions page for the latest information on ongoing offers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Forza platform and will result in immediate action:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening more than one account on behalf of the same person.
• Bonus arbitrage or any systematic attempt to exploit bonus offers.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Betting via automated bots or software.
• Attempting to hack an account or use another person's credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

Forza may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).

You may request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. If you request self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming, access to your account will be suspended for a specified period.

Forza places responsible betting at the top of its priorities. We believe betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we provide the following protective tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Capping the maximum bet amount within a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from betting for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily excluding yourself from the platform.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders about your session duration and betting amounts.

If you have a dispute or complaint against Forza, please follow the process below:

• Step 1: First, send a detailed description to support@forza.onl.
• Step 2: Our support team will respond within 48 hours.
• Step 3: If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to management level.
• Step 4: If still unresolved, the matter will be referred to third-party mediation.

For disputes relating to bet settlement, the official match result shall be considered final. All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the match or event in question.

Forza reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
